We’ll issue a full refund as long as you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled session.
If you cancel within 7 days of your shoot, we will retain 30% of the booking fee to cover administrative costs. In the event you booked a photo shoot including the Gondola trip, we will retain the full amount of the Gondola (€150) and 30% of the photoshoot price.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, the booking is non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details on our cancellation policy.
TimelessPhotoShoot.com is not liable for any additional charges applied by your bank, card provider, or PayPal when processing refunds.
Our photographers have busy schedules that are organized based on bookings. Changes to the city, location, or route are possible up to 7 days before your scheduled session.
If you’re running late, please call or send a message via WhatsApp or SMS to your photographer. You'll receive the contact details of your assigned photographer 3 days before your photoshoot.
Keep in mind that your photographer may have other sessions booked, so extending your shoot may not be possible. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, as city traffic can be unpredictable.
If you’re late, the lost time will not be compensated, and the session will only cover the remaining time.
If you’d like to extend your session and the photographer is available, email us at info@timelessphotoshoot.com. We’ll process the additional payment within 48 hours, allowing you to receive the maximum number of photos included in the extended time.
Extras are best purchased when booking your session. However, if you'd like to add services such as express delivery, extra photos, or a printed photo album during the shoot, email us at info@timelessphotoshoot.com.

Photographers shoot many RAW images, which are carefully selected and edited. If interested, you can purchase up to 150 RAW files as an extra for €99. These files require photo editing software to view and process.
No, the photographer selects the best shots and handles post-production according to our standards. If you wish, you can purchase additional shots (+15 or +30, always selected and post-produced by our photographers), or you can also purchase 150 RAW files, which you can edit yourself or have edited by other professionals.
Yes! You can gift a photoshoot to friends or family.
When purchasing, you can enter the recipient's details and, at the end of the booking, we will send a personalized message with your gift.
No, the locations will serve as scenic backdrops for the photos. Interior visits are not included in the session.
No, our photographers are not tour guides. While they know the cities well, they cannot provide detailed historical or cultural information about landmarks and locations.
Sessions can be rescheduled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Our photographers will wear a t-shirt or cap with our brand logo. You’ll also receive their name, surname, and phone number for easy contact.
Additionally, they’ll share their live location via WhatsApp 5 minutes before the session starts.
These expenses are always covered by the client and are not included in the photoshoot.
The only exception is the gondola in Venice, which is included in specific routes.
